My first real boss. Basically a nice guy, but his insecurity made him a terrible manager, making my year miserable. The only reason I considered staying was the promise of eventually becoming his manager one day. Would revenge have been sweet enough? No way.

LOL! I had an email conversation with a coworker today who was asking what was the worst that could happen if she murdered a fellow coworker?
And it's always in hindsight that you realize that revenge just isn't enough...
